Cart number prefix is sent to QuickPay instead of the order number

Maybe there is a bug in the starter kit, since the cart number (with prefix) is sent and displayed as the order number in QuickPay when submitting an order.
The confirmation email though, when submitting, contains the correct order number, so is it possible to change that somewhere so the order number is sent to QuickPay instead of the cart number.
That is not a bug, but by design. The cart number is sent as the order is not completed yet - AND the customer could go back and change the cart and then the cart number would update because the cart is changed - BUT the shops want the order numbers to be in continues numbers - that is why the order number is only given when an order is finalized = paid for.
