    Free shipping rule does not apply to order

    Hi

    I am creating a "free shipping"-award for any orders above 499 DKK, but the marketing rule that I am creating does not seem to apply when testing. The default shipment amount still displays on the confirmation page.

    This is a screenshot of my marketing rule setup:

    Any suggestions or corrections on my setup would be very much appreciated.

    Hi Thomsen

    You are giving 0 in award - so 0 discount. You should change it to 100% discount if you want it to be free.
