Nothing out of the box in Tea Commerce cleans carts. Check your DB if they are there and its just a bug with the search in BO or if there maybe is a clean up code on your own webshop.
Thanks, just auditing a TC site I've inherited, and trying to fathom why/if the CART info is being culled. Not something I've come across with my own installations/creations.
With it being from 1st April, I guess there's a custom "trigger" or task being fired, and wiping out legacy cart info.

Just wondered if there's a background script which tidys up/deletes cart abandonments from the DB
Tried doing a "date range filter" on "cart" , and it's only bringing back CARTS from 1st April onwards.
