Umbraco: 8.9.1

We are randomly experiencing an issue where a particular page becomes "unpublished" and when checking the umbraco backend it states the "url can not be routed". It happens about 1 time per day or so and I have to republish the document manually. This is on a high impact site (1 million page views) so it is causing us a lot of problems.

In our case, we are running a process every 30 minutes to sync data below this node and then publishing this node and descendants however that's all using the content api and only randomly does this error happen considering the sync runs 48 times a day. It seems that there are other people having this same issue (linked below).

Does anyone have a solution to this issue? It is having a huge negative impact on our client when it does occur.
