I think you need something in the manual about the Dashboard.config and how to set it up.
When we tested the package it didn't insert itself into the config file, and we had to do that manually.
Maybe make a "Manual installation" section in the documentation?

@Soeren - there is a section in the doc called "Adding RSS feeds to the Umbraco dashboard".
