We installed the package on our test website, and were able to uninstall it, the uninstall info is as below.
You can unselect items you do not wish to remove, at this time, below. When you click "confirm uninstall" all checked-off items will be removed.Notice: any documents, media etc depending on the items you remove, will stop working, and could lead to system instability, so uninstall with caution. If in doubt, contact the package author.
We have installed the package on our live site, and it appears to have partially uninstalled it, the uninstall into is as below.
Please let me know what steps we can take to completely uninstall the package?
Just a follow up from last week - can someone please assist?
We have taken a VM of the live site and restored it to a test server, and want to try to uninstall it from there first.
Any help much appreciarted.
I resolved this one myself - I edited the installedPackages.config file and removed the reference to macro '47', then the un install was successful.
