    carts do not change to orders after payment

    Tea Commerce support

    Hi there.

    We are trying to figure out why our carts are not changeing to orders.

    How can we figure out why this does not work?

    This is a cart that has been paid for via paypal:

    And the paypal payment provider:

    We cant see any errors in the umbracotracelog.txt

    Any suggestions?

    This is a live site so we kinda need to figure this out.

    Tried to look in the /App_Data/Logs folder or the umbracoLog DB table? Try search for Paypal. You should see an error if it happens.

    We don't seem to be able to see anything in the logs. 

    What is the workflow in converting a cart to an order? It is supposed to be done by the payment right?

    When PayPal IPN sends a message TC will finalize the order and make it a real order.

    Have you setup PayPal IPN? And sometimes in the sandbox mode the IPN's wont always be send - don't know why PayPal is so bad a service :)
